Team AI Training

Practical Format · Any Team Size · 3 Days

Most teams don't use AI — not because they don't want to, but because no one has shown them how it works specifically in their work. In three days, every participant builds their own AI system — and leaves not with theory, but with ready-to-use tools that are already working.

What's Included:

☑️ Preparation — Understanding the Team's Context

Before the training, we study the team's tasks, where the most routine lies, and their level of AI familiarity. The program is adapted to real-world work.

☑️ Day 1 — Understanding AI & Building the Foundation

We explore 14 AI tools and teach how to properly prompt AI to get results. Each participant sets up an AI CEO Assistant a digital helper that knows the business, understands goals, and responds like a leader.

☑️ Day 2 — Building the AI Team

We create C-Level AI agents: CMO, CFO, COO each knows their role and provides advice in their sphere. Together, we build an Automation Map a specific list of 10+ points where AI will replace routine.

☑️ 1-2 Weeks of Practice — Real-World Implementation

Between the second and third day independent work. Participants implement the AI system in their real business. A private support chat is available for questions and guidance.

☑️ Day 3 — Presenting Results & Receiving a Plan

Each participant presents their functional AI system. We review the outcomes and next steps. Everyone receives a personal 90-day plan concrete steps to ensure the AI team grows with the business.

What changes after this

The team leaves with a ready-made AI system that is already working. The AI CEO Assistant, C-Level agents, and the Automation Map are not theory, but real tools configured for a specific business.
